The Internal Sales Administrator reports to Sales Office Operations Manager

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Administrator to join our client in Luton and play a key role in supporting their continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly, professional environment where your contributions truly matter.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling incoming customer orders in a B2B environment
Accurately processing sales orders
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Managing orders from entry through to delivery
Keeping customers informed at every stage of the order process
Liaising with internal teams regarding stock and availability
Supporting the Field Sales Team with literature, samples and display materials
Maintaining high standards and meeting key business KPIsWhat They Are Looking For:
Ideally previous experience in B2B wholesale or e-commerce
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership
