Known for its commitment to academic excellence and holistic student support, the school is now seeking an experienced, compassionate, and proactive Lead School Nurse to head up its on-site medical and wellbeing provision.

The Role:
As the Lead School Nurse, you will provide hands-on clinical care, strategic oversight, and professional mentorship across all aspects of student healthcare. This includes:
* Leading the medical team in managing minor ailments, injuries, and chronic conditions
* Coordinating with internal and external healthcare providers for continuity of care
* Developing and delivering health education, mental health support, and safeguarding procedures
* Supporting emergency response readiness and training across staff and students
* Managing medical record-keeping, medication protocols, and clinical reporting
About You:
The Successful candidate will need:
* NMC registration as an RGN, RSCN
* At least 2 years of post-registration experience, preferably with children or in an educational setting
* Leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong IT skills and confidence with digital health records
* Excellent communication skills
* A proactive, organised approach
