About The Role
Balfour Beatty is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth delivery of essential services within a busy healthcare environment.
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams, ensuring accurate record-keeping, coordinating communications, and maintaining efficient administrative processes that underpin the delivery of critical facilities services.
What you'll be doing
As a Site Administrator You Will
Provide comprehensive administrative support to on-site management and operational teams
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance logs
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage schedules
Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documentation
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Support reporting requirements and ensure data is up to date and accurate
Assist with health & safety documentation and compliance tracking.
Who We're Looking For
You will have the following:
Previous experience in an administrative role (experience within healthcare or facilities management is advantageous)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
