Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
2. Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess claim viability and gather evidence.
3. Review medical records, liaise with medical experts, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.
4. Provide clear legal advice throughout the claims process and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Strong litigation skills and experience managing complex cases.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Good time management and organizational skills.
5. Adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Commitment to high-quality legal service provision.
