Local Marketing Executive
Location: Hybrid working, with at least three days per week at sites across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire & Oxfordshire
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday- Friday with some flexibility for occasional weekends.
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Reporting to: Regional Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a proactive Local Marketing Executive to drive awareness, engagement, and referrals across the “Private Collection” Division within OSJCT.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll build relationships with local stakeholders, deliver community events, and support homes with targeted marketing activity aligned to regional strategy.
Key Responsibilities
You will develop and deliver local marketing and stakeholder engagement activity to increase awareness, enquiries, and referrals across the region. You will plan and deliver community events and networking activity, support Home Managers with marketing tools, and communications, and contribute to social media and local PR to enhance reputation and visibility. As well as keeping online channels up‑to‑date and relevant such as websites and care directories.
You will also monitor and report on activity performance and ROI, conduct local market and competitor analysis to support effective positioning, and assist with enquiry handling and customer experience to ensure a high‑quality journey for prospective residents and families.
About You
You will have experience in a customer‑facing marketing or sales role and be confident building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll be highly organised, self‑motivated, and target‑driven, with the ability to manage your own workload while working across multiple sites. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to work independently while staying connected to the wider team. Experience using Canva is desirable. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
