As a Design Technology (DT) Teacher, you will deliver hands-on lessons that encourage pupils to think critically, design creatively, and develop technical understanding. Main Responsibilities: Plan and deliver design technology lessons aligned with the curriculum. Promote creativity, problem-solving, and practical learning. Maintain a safe, organised, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Support pupils in developing technical and design skills. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as a Design Technology Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). What’s in It for You?
