About The Service:
Pinetrees is a residential service supporting up to 6 people with Autism and Learning Disabilities. Our goal is to maximize independence in a comfortable environment, helping individuals reach their personal goals and aspirations.
Pinetrees features four en-suite rooms and two studio apartments. The first floor includes a communal lounge and kitchen dining area. The studio apartments serve as a pathway for supported individuals to develop confidence for more independent living, with access to staff support.
Located in Northampton, Pinetrees provides easy access to local amenities such as shops, pubs, restaurants, a leisure centre, and cinema.
As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the daily routines of the people we support.
2. Promoting independence and helping them lead fulfilling lives.
3. Encouraging development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
4. Assisting with healthcare needs, including accompanying to appointments and administering medication.
5. Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
6. Providing personal care as required.
7. Supporting domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking.
8. Offering guidance and emotional support.
Experience in care is not required as full training, coaching, and development are provided.
