You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence to enable you to apply for the compulsory class of insurance necessary.
Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dedicated Adult Care Assistants to join our team in Welwyn Hatfield, United Kingdom. As an Adult Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and support in their homes.
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Help clients with medication reminders and administration as directed
Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
Participate in creating and implementing personalized care plans
Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed
Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour (averaging £14.00 per hour with benefits).

* No set shifts - we work with your availability.
* Valid UK driving licence + own car - mandatory.
* Free to work agreed hours on alternate weekends.

* We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
