This is a very high profile role supporting a prestigious London figure so we are looking for a credible HR professional with experience in this sort of environment
You will be supporting a Corporate function of around 60 FTE Admin, Finance Comms and Events teams with priorities to include:
– Change Management
– General ER to support early intervention
– Workforce Planning
– Managing sickness
It is absolutely essential that you have UK public sector experience with a strong understanding of working in political environments and the associated nuances within them.
We’re looking for a proactive, switched on and articulate HR specialist looking to play a pivotal role in such a fascinating team.
This role is offered on a 2 year fixed term contract working 3 days a week paying £53,000
