MUST HAVE TRANSPORT KNOWLEGE
Shift Patterns:
- Mon-Fri position
- Shifts 08:00 - 16:00
- Ongoing work for the right candidate
Weekly PAYE
The responsibilities that would be completed on a daily basis would be:
* Supporting the planning team with operational requests
* Monitoring and sharing knowledge on Transport Management systems.
* Analyzing routes produced from the planning tool and advising the planning team on what can be done differently.
* Dealing with escalations from customers and internal help desk.
* Pointing requests into the correct direction for answers.
* Building a knowledge of operational and planning to have cover for planners during A/L.
Skills and Experience required:
* IT Literate
* Flexible working hours
* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel & Word)
* Transport knowledge is required
Behaviours Required:
* Work as part of a team
* Willing to learn and develop new skills
* Comfortable with working to deadlines.
* Comfortable with seasonal temporary work
