We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a highly supportive post-16 education setting in Poole. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting young people aged 16 to 18. Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, offering a rewarding and structured working day. You will be working within an inclusive and forward-thinking learning environment that is well known for supporting students as they transition into adulthood. The setting places a strong emphasis on independence, life skills and emotional wellbeing, while maintaining high expectations and a positive, respectful culture. Staff are well supported and work closely as a team to ensure students feel safe, motivated and valued.
