Shipping Coordinator
£25,000 - £30,000

Wild Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a unique business in their search for a Shipping Coordinator to join their growing team.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a Shipping, Freight or Logistics position
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end shipments
* Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses
* Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery or documentation issues
* Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and accurate completion of all necessary documentation
* Maintain shipping records, update ERP systems, and generate status reports
* Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and operations teams to meet delivery deadlines
* Provide exceptional communication and problem-solving support to clients regarding shipment status
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a logistics, shipping, or freight-forwarding role
* Knowledge of international trade terms, customs processes, and transport documentation
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Confident communication skills-both written and verbal
* Proficiency in logistics software or ERP systems is a plus
