One of Park Avenue's longest standing clients in Warwickshire is looking for a Principal Temporary Accommodation Officer to join them for an initial six-month contract. There's a good chance this will be extended, especially as the council is in the middle of a restructure. You'd be stepping in as the TA team lead, managing three Temporary Accommodation Support Officers and one Private Rented Sector Officer. The role covers a mix of responsibilities, including reviewing current temporary accommodation, responding to Freedom of Information requests, overseeing health and safety, and more. Because the council holds its own housing stock, things are a bit more hands-on than in councils that outsource. If you've worked in a stock-holding authority before, that'll be a real plus.
