Regular office socials Office book swap As a Trust and Grants Manager, you will: Leading on all trust and foundation fundraising, from prospect research to pipeline management Creating engaging, evidence-based proposals that win five- and six-figure grants. You’ll be responsible for securing £400–500k per year Building and stewarding long-term funder relationships Contributing to strategic development and fundable programme design Delivering accurate and inspiring impact reports that demonstrate the power of Read for Good’s work To be successful as a Trust and Grants Manager, you will: Have proven success in securing large-scale grants from trusts/foundations Be experienced in managing a high-value pipeline and meeting ambitious income targets Have outstanding written communication Be a strategic thinker with a strong sense of initiative and collaboration Have a passion for literacy, education, and empowering children’s wellbeing In return, we are offering an annual salary of up to £41,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note this is a full-time permanent position, however, part-time will also be considered.
