Role: Finance Business Partner - FMCG Business (Fast Growth)
Location: South West London - Hybrid working
The Role: This role is working for a very exciting and fast-growing FMCG business in London with a brilliant brand in the sector and exciting strategy for the future. This business distributes many of their goods in the largest retailers worldwide. They are hiring for an exciting Finance Business Partner opportunity reporting directly to the Head of FP&A. This is a vital role within the businesses Finance and Commercial teams to proactively and effectively manage the financial planning and analysis, business partnering and management accounting of the Commercial division business performance delivery. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to join a market changing Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) business that is developing innovative products for their consumers with a strong focus on sustainability.
You will be a key finance colleague supporting and working with various operational, commercial, marketing and financial stakeholders supplying accurate and timely financial planning and analysis, performance reporting and highly impactful and effective business partnering and support. The role covers a wide breadth of financial and operational responsibilities making this a very commercially orientated opportunity for the successful candidate to add substantial value to the business. Candidate Requirements:
* Experience within FMCG, Food Retail/manufacturing and/or E-commerce experience especially working with commercial and operational teams
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Experience working within fast paced organisations
* Previous experience working in NetSuite would be desirable
* Highly numerate with advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience
* Good experience of seeking and implementing ways to improve on current practice
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in partnering with stakeholders
* Confident in identifying, resolving, and escalating key points and issues
