This position is set in a K-12 school environment, where you will provide essential support to students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
* Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
* Strong assessment and intervention skills
* Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Commitment to professional development and best practices in therapy
Location:
* Winston-Salem, NC
Responsibilities:
* Assess and diagnose students speech and language disorders
* Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans based on individual assessments
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students needs
* Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
* Maintain accurate records of services provided and student outcomes
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
