Join to apply for the Senior Technical Coordinator role at Mount Anvil.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Coordinator with proven onsite experience to join a new estate transformation project in the Isle of Dogs, in partnership with Riverside.
You will be the main point of contact from the project's start, managing the delivery of 400 homes across two phases and four blocks, ranging from 6 to 24 storeys. The project is currently in the design phase, with on-site work beginning towards the end of the year. You will be part of a newly formed team making key decisions from the outset.
Your responsibilities include managing the CDP Package approval process and overseeing third-party approval submissions, ensuring the project progresses seamlessly. Your expertise will be vital in meeting high standards and ambitious timelines, particularly in delivering the first two blocks before moving into phase 2.
Candidates should have experience working on residential projects, involvement in RC Frame delivery, and be either an STC or a high-performing Technical Coordinator ready to step up.
Success in this role involves coordinating technical design by engaging the right professionals early, building strong relationships to support and challenge the team, and preparing for Gateway submissions.
We value individuals who take responsibility, build genuine relationships, and dislike office politics. Feedback is encouraged from day one to foster trust and learning. We also welcome challenges to the status quo, as hierarchy and rigid rules are discouraged here.
Our office environment is designed to be one of the nicest on a London site, equipped with comfortable furnishings, a proper kitchen, and recreational areas. If you are passionate about shaping London’s communities and growing in a supportive environment where you love your work and your personal development, we encourage you to apply.
