Guest Relations Ambassador
Salary:£29,500 per annum Location: Bicester Working Hours: Rotating shifts (Early, Mid, Late) between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Relations Ambassador to deliver an exceptional luxury hospitality experience for our guests. This role involves supporting VIP visits and events, ensuring every guest receives a 5‑star service from arrival to departure. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting services and activities while creating memorable experiences that reflect the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an outstanding guest experience, acting as a luxury ambassador.
* Plan and manage guest itineraries for their visit.
* Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person.
* Promote concierge‑style services such as hands‑free shopping, valet parking, restaurant reservations, and loyalty programs.
* Provide expert knowledge on brands, promotions, and current marketing campaigns.
* Support the smooth operation of events and activations within the hospitality space.
* Handle guest feedback and queries promptly, liaising with relevant departments for resolution.
* Assist the Food & Beverage team when required, offering a warm welcome and delivering premium service.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, concierge services, or VIP event coordination.
* Strong understanding of the luxury customer journey and guest profiling.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Impeccable grooming standards.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
