What the Job Involves Your responsibilities include working closely with the Fleet Operations Manager and workshop supervisor to deliver top-notch fleet repair services. You will coordinate with internal customers to arrange Service Level Agreement meetings, setting and monitoring service standards. You will ensure accurate record-keeping of all council vehicle and equipment assets in the database. You will be the primary contact for queries pertaining to workshop suppliers and fleet department services, and handle scheduling for vehicle inspections, services, and MOT appointments. Coordination with external service providers will be essential to align services efficiently.
