We're now looking for a General Manager to run one of our beautiful Kent pubs - blending fresh, seasonal food, a premium drinks range, and boutique bedrooms. If you're an experienced hospitality leader looking for your next challenge, this could be for you.

What you'll be doing
As General Manager, you'll:
* Build and lead an exceptional team - hiring, training & inspiring them every day
* Drive outstanding guest experiences and keep standards sky-high
* Deliver sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities
* Manage day-to-day operations across food, drink, bedrooms & events
* Be the face of the pub in your community
What we're looking for
* Previous management experience in a premium hospitality setting
* Strong food & drink knowledge
* Commercial acumen - understanding budgets, forecasting, and marketing
* A proactive, hands-on leadership style to inspire your team
* Full driving licence & access to a vehicle (essential due to location)
