I am working with an energy company seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on a contract basis, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
1. Diary Management
2. Booking travel
3. Basic slide preparation
4. Sending out team communications
5. Organizing team invites and providing general administrative support for the management team and People Development Committee.
Experience & Skills Required:
1. At least 3 years of administrative experience
2. Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective communication at all organizational levels
4. Proficient in IT skills including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint (general Office 365)
