As their Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll be actively involved in meaningful work that drives results, with structured learning and professional development built into the role. You’ll receive high‑quality training through Baltic Apprenticeships, including 2‑day training blocks every 46 weeks, giving you the tools and confidence to grow in this fast‑paced industry.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi‑Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Typical Day In The Job
* Monitor and manage client‑specific campaign budgets, ensuring activities remain within agreed limits.
* Record and monitor time spent on social media and creative tasks.
* Analyse campaign performance using tools including Google Analytics, social media insights, and OneUp scheduling analytics.
* Publish and manage content using CMS platforms including WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and OneUp.
* Upload and manage content directly across social media platforms.
* Design and create marketing materials using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator).
* Produce digital and print assets such as social media graphics, videos, posters, leaflets, banners, and newsletters.
* Manage and post content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills And Knowledge
* Good English writing skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and accurate content.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
* Ability to think outside the box and approach marketing challenges with innovative solutions.
* Good attention to detail, particularly when creating written and visual content.
* Communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Willingness to learn and develop new digital marketing skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
* £16,000-£18,000 per annum.
* 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we will support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
