We are recruiting a Data Analyst Apprentice at our Head Office in Sittingbourne. You will complete a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship.
This role requires working from our Sittingbourne Office 3-4 days per week. Our office is in a remote location with no public transport access. Applicants need reliable transport to commute.
What will you learn?
You will learn to use dashboard and visualisation tools, programming languages for data analysis including SQL, Python, and R, covering topics such as:
* Data classification
* The data lifecycle
* Structured and unstructured data
* Requirements for data analysts
* Data quality issues
* Compliance and audit administration
* Data structures
* Database design, implementation, and maintenance
What you'll be doing:
The Data Analyst Apprentice will transform raw data into insights supporting strategic decisions and business improvements. Responsibilities include collecting, processing, and analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, collaborating with teams, providing reports and visualisations, and ensuring data integrity. The role aims to enhance operational efficiency through data tools and analysis.
Desired qualifications and skills:
* Level 3 qualification (e.g., A-levels in Statistics, Maths, or BTEC) or relevant work experience
* GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 or above
* Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and XLookup
