Tasks
You will beworking on behalf of our client who is one of the largest gas andelectricity energy suppliers to residential customers andbusinesses in the UK.
As an Energy Sales advisorsyou will be providing outbound calls to existing customers and willshowcase the newest tariffs availablefrom the client.
You will build arapport with the customer and use probing questionsto find the best product fit for the customersneeds.
To finish you will close the deal usingyour excellent sellingtechniques.
You will beresponsible for:
* Engaging warm leadsthrough inbound and outbound calls.
* Buildrapport with customers understanding their needs and providingtailored solutions.
* Meet and exceed salestargets and upsell additionalproducts.
* Maintain accurate and detailedrecords of customer interactions in our CRMsystem.
