We are looking for a practical, organised Works Supervisor to help manage and coāordinate kitchens, bathrooms, and remedial jobs across several clients. This is a mobile role, ideal for someone senior who can work independently and keep multiple workstreams moving. Although the home base is Enfield, this role involves a large amount of travel in and around the M25, visiting multiple sites each day.
This role does not involve supervising operatives or signing off fire doors ā all installations and signāoffs are completed by our supply chain partners.
š„ What Youāll Do
1. Manage works given by the client through a spreadsheet (surveys, approvals, new jobs etc.)
2. Arrange surveys and works with supplyāchain contractors and RLOs
3. Request and review photographic reports and pricing from contractors
4. Make sure jobs move through the process smoothly ā from instruction to completion
5. Carry out site visits to check scopes, inspect works, and monitor progress
6. Ensure asbestos checks are completed before works
7. Keep clear, accurate records and updates
8. Work across 4+ contracts, each with slightly different processes

9. Highly organised and able to manage your own workload
10. Good communication skills and confident dealing with clients
11. Comfortable travelling daily between sites
12. Able to coāordinate works without managing trades
13. Experience in kitchens, bathrooms, or general property repairs
14. Basicāintermediate Excel skills
15. No FRA qualifications needed
