This role is all about patience, positivity, and helping every child feel included and capable.
What you’ll be doing:
* 1:1 Superhero Support – Be that steady hand for children with special educational needs.
* Plan in Action – Help teachers put individual learning plans into practice, making lessons work for every child.
* Keep it Calm – Use positive behaviour strategies to keep children engaged and confident.
* Team Player Vibes – Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists, keeping everyone in the loop.
* Nurture & Cheer – Create a safe, welcoming space where every child can thrive.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience supporting children with SEN (school or community setting).
* A patient, empathetic, and encouraging approach.
* Flexibility and creativity to adapt to different learning styles.
* A valid DBS (or willingness to apply).
* Bonus points: Already Level 2 TA qualified? That’s music to our ears
