About the Role: The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in empowering salon partners to achieve their full potential by leveraging the innovative solutions and premium offerings of iiaa. As a key point of contact, the role requires fostering trust and collaboration with salon teams, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and strategies to grow their businesses effectively. Occasional overnight stay required. This role is working across London. Car allowance provided. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with salon partners, ensuring consistent communication and providing tailored solutions to enhance their success. Regularly analyse salon performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions to drive results. Identify sales opportunities within existing salons, such as expanding product ranges, increasing treatment offerings, or scheduling team training sessions. Identify new business opportunities by introducing iiaa brands, such as Advanced Nutrition Programme, Environ, and et al., into salons that do not currently carry them. Provide expert training and education to salon teams, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to promote and use iiaa products effectively. Identify and implement targeted training initiatives, such as workshops or individual coaching sessions, to enhance salon teams’ capabilities. Assist salons in leveraging digital marketing tools and social media strategies to promote iiaa brands and reach new audiences.
