Job Description
Outbound Case Manager, close to Reading
* All areas of B2C Customer Service and making outgoing proactive phone calls and follow up emails
* Proactively manage customer cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
* Make outgoing phone calls to customers primarily to deal with ongoing disputes and complaints
* Engage with customers via outbound communication channels to provide updates and gather information.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth case management and service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case progress using company systems.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share insights with relevant teams.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
* Meet performance metrics related to case resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Support additional customer service tasks as required by the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Outbound Case Manager should have:
* Experience in customer service within a professional environment
* Ideally have made outbound phone calls.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
