Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Personal Assistant to support our expanding Administration Service. The role will support our Executive Management Team and will be based within our Administration Hub located at the Stein Centre. The postholder will provide an efficient, effective administration and organisational support service to the Team.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.
Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive administration service including diary management, attending meetings to take minutes, typing of correspondence, reports, agendas and minutes using either Winscribe or copy typing.
* Organise and prioritise own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.
* Support the clinical team where required and provide cross cover for colleagues as and when needed.
* Attend meetings to take minutes and prepare required documents.

Induction and Start Dates
All new starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme date. P2C offers up to 3 weeks training to support you to meet the induction / initial training requirements of the role.
