<div><h3>Brand Manager</h3><p>Looking for a commercially focused, end-to-end role with real ownership?</p><p>Looking to be responsible for shaping brand strategy?</p><p>Want to work for a reputable long‑standing manufacturer?</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>You’ll be responsible for shaping brand strategy, managing product ranges, and delivering measurable growth.</li><li>Working closely with sales, NPD and marketing teams, you’ll take products from concept through to launch and ongoing performance optimisation.</li><li>Own and manage a designated brand portfolio end‑to‑end.</li><li>Deliver category and range reviews, identifying opportunities to improve performance and margin.</li><li>Analyse sales, market and competitor data to drive informed decisions.</li><li>Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and product launches.</li><li>Manage budgets to maximise brand visibility and ROI.</li><li>Work cross‑functionally to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.</li><li>Identify new product opportunities through market and customer insight.</li><li>Collaborate with NPD to bring new products to market successfully.</li></ul><h3>About the Company</h3><ul><li>Working with a reputable power tools manufacturer with excellent quality products and a well‑established presence within trade and DIY.</li><li>Due to an internal promotion, a role within this organisation has become available.</li></ul><h3>Key Skills/Experience Required</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in brand, product or category management.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.</li><li>Experience managing product launches and go‑to‑market strategies.</li><li>Confidence working with budgets and performance metrics.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.</li><li>A proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on results.</li><li>Experience within tools/DIY is highly desirable.</li></ul><h3>Location / Flexibility</h3><p>This is an office‑based role; however, it could be remote for someone with exceptional experience.</p><h3>Salary/Benefits Information</h3><ul><li>£40,000 - £45,000</li><li>34 Days Holiday</li><li>Bonus</li><li>Benefits</li></ul></div>
