You will make sure all customers receive a friendly, efficient service and that all service areas are clean, tidy, and safe. You will be committed to delivering a high standard of customer service and remain calm and positive even when it gets busy. You will also help with the cleaning and re-stocking of vending machines and other equipment, preparing meeting rooms for events, and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team, and our client.
