We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
* Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Organise files and maintain an orderly filing system for easy retrieval of information.
* Provide clerical support such as typing documents, preparing reports, and scheduling appointments.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.
Qualifications
* 2 years minimum Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Demonstrated phone etiquette with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
