These settings are now seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams. This rewarding role involves supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in both mainstream and SEN environments. You'll play a key part in helping pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally by providing tailored support, encouragement, and structure throughout the school day. Every child is unique, and your approach will be adapted to meet their individual needs. You'll work closely with Class Teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to help pupils achieve their learning goals through 1:1 support, small‑group interventions, and in‑class assistance.
