What You'll Do
* Provide engaging 1:1 sessions, adapting your approach to each student's needs.
* Ensure a safe, secure learning environment by following safeguarding best practices.
* Collaborate with parents, carers, and PowerTutors staff to tailor each session for success.
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with SEND students (Qualified Teacher Status is a bonus but not required).
* A genuine passion for education, patience, and an understanding of neurodiverse needs.
* A reliable, compassionate approach to tutoring and student well-being.
* An Enhanced DBS check (on the update service preferred) and eligibility to work in the UK (we can assist you in obtaining a DBS check if needed).
