Overview

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of franchise clients, helping them maximise their exposure and generate quality leads through our advertising solutions.


Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
* Identify new business opportunities and onboard new advertisers.
* Manage advertising campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, and sponsored content.
* Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets with access to a lucrative commission scheme.
* Provide insights and performance reports to clients, helping them optimise their campaigns.
* Attend industry events and client meetings to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
* Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within media, advertising, or events.


Qualifications

* Consultative sales approach with strong commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, etc.).
* Previous experience in telephone-based sales is desirable.
