* You will support people in everyday life, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity, and empower people to be a meaningful part of their local community.
* You will support people in their home and in their local communities.
* You will help people gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
* Work with dedicated training opportunities along the way to develop your skills as a Support Worker and beyond.
About the people and their home
People we support at Valley Road enjoy baking, playing board games, doing activities in the garden and celebrating various events. Valley road supports those that live there to live fulfilling lives and to integrate into community living by encouraging them to take part in voluntary jobs, going to day centres, playing bingo and supporting at a local football club. The support team always encourage people to get involved in new opportunities in the community.
