Role Overview: As a Graduate Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, students, and support staff in secondary, or SEN (Special Educational Needs) schools. Your role will involve providing tailored support to students, helping to enhance their academic achievement, and contributing to their personal development. Key Responsibilities: Support students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to ensure they achieve their potential. Assist with classroom management and create an inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement educational activities. Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and assist with pastoral care. Support students with additional needs, including SEN or EAL (English as an Additional Language). Requirements: A degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred). Passion for education and a commitment to supporting young people’s learning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
