We’re growing fast, working with leading operators, and expanding the capabilities of our platform at pace. To support this momentum, we’re looking for an AI Sports Product Lead to own the ongoing evolution of our Football content and insight, ensuring what our technology delivers is inspiring to consumers and commercially effective for clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Sportbook operators engage players, and you’ll be part of the team driving the next stage of AxiumAI’s growth story.
The Role
We’re looking for a AI Sports Product Lead who’s obsessed with football, knows how to translate data and insight into killer content that drives engagement, and ideally understands sports betting. You’ll be the one constantly asking: how can we improve the content to drive more impact, engagement and compel consumers to transact?
This is not a “watch and report” role. It’s hands-on, analytical, creative, and commercial. You’ll dig into performance data, evaluate AI-generated content in real time, and feed insights straight into our roadmap. You’ll spot opportunities in the middle of a match, understand what will resonate with different audiences, and help us define a whole new era of intelligent consumer engagement.
What You’ll Do
* Monitor, evaluate, and improve Verso’s Football content 24/7.
* Identify what insights and events drive engagement for both recreational and experienced sportsbook players.
* Own post-launch analysis: what worked, what didn’t, and why.
* Run experiments on content formats, tone, and timing to optimise engagement.
* Define and track product metrics tied directly to player interaction and revenue.
* Act as a bridge between Technology & Product, shaping requirements and influencing the roadmap.
* Benchmark competitor strategies and develop ways to outplay them.
* Adapt content strategies to regional betting preferences, cultural nuances, and RG requirements.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven analytical mindset — confident analysing results and defining, you know how to turn data into decisions (e.g., SQL, Tableau, GA, AB testing)
* Familiarity with AI-driven content - or willingness to learn how to evaluate and iterate AI outputs to ensure they resonate with different audiences in real-world environments
* Sports obsessive – deep knowledge of football and betting. Knowledge of NFL a bonus.
* Product thinker – love shaping requirements and influencing roadmap decisions.
* Hands-on operator – you don’t just highlight problems, you test, tweak, and fix.
* Curious & relentless – always asking: “what would make this content better?”
