Role Overview
Package: Up to £71,000 + Bonus + Extensive Benefits
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading solution architecture across major transformation programmes and core business domains.
* Creating high-level architectural designs that align with long‑term technology roadmaps.
* Defining solution components and standards to support application, platform, and integration strategies.
* Working closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and service readiness.
* Translating complex business needs into clear architecture blueprints.
* Supporting teams with full‑stack architectural guidance across platforms, data, integration, and cloud.
Main Skills Needed
* Strong background in enterprise or solution architecture across complex, multi‑system environments.
* Expertise in one or more areas: application, data, technology, business, or security architecture.
* Solid understanding of modern integration patterns, APIs, messaging, and event‑driven design.
* Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices approaches.
* Comfortable using EA tools such as LeanIX, Sparx, Bizzdesign, or similar.
* Ability to produce both high‑level and low‑level design documentation for technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Experience in financial services or regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.
