Overview
PM Group requires an automation engineering consultant to support a pharmaceuticals project in East Anglia.
Responsibilities
Scope of Work:
1. Responsible for creating, reviewing and approving equipment design documents specialising in electrical, software and automation controls (URS, HDS, SDS, Risk Assessments)
2. Responsible for ensuring the upgrades/new equipment conforms
3. Liaise with the engineering and production SME's to compile equipment information to ensure control system and equipment is configured
4. Execute systems upgrade/new equipment work as required (URS, DQ, validation planning, validation protocol)
5. Review, execution of CSV
6. Provide project planning services as required
7. Support OT & Automation Team integrating new equipment
8. Equipment/System SOPs will need updating
9. Provide electrical assistance throughout the lifecycle of the project
10. Support the project team in integrating the equipment
Qualifications
Requirements:
11. Proven automation or instrument & controls experience
12. Delivery on packaging projects in the Pharmaceutical industry
13. Understanding of GMP
14. Understanding of CSV
