Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support in line with individual learning plans. Support the delivery of differentiated activities across a broad and balanced curriculum. Monitor, record and feedback on pupil progress to teaching staff. Encourage independence and promote positive attitudes to learning. Develop strong, trusting relationships with pupils. Support the development of communication, social and life skills. Implement behaviour support strategies in accordance with school policies. Provide emotional support and contribute to a safe, nurturing learning environment.
