Role Details
We provide person centred individualised care with focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)!
Training and Induction: You will receive a 2-week induction and learn about PBS, understanding communication and behaviour, how to teach skills and enable people to live the lifestyle that they wish. A workplace induction follows which enables you to learn how to support the individual in the way they wish.
