Job Advertisement: 1:1 Teaching Assistant (Specialism in Complex SEN) The Governors are seeking to appoint a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Teaching Assistant to support children with complex Special Educational Needs. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of inclusive practice and a passion for helping every child thrive. The successful candidate will: Have proven experience working with children with complex SEN. Demonstrate a nurturing and patient approach, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet individual needs. Work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive and skilled team. Be committed to promoting the highest standards of learning, care, and wellbeing for all pupils. This is a vital role in ensuring that children with additional needs are fully included and supported to achieve their full potential. A genuine enthusiasm for education and a strong belief in the value of inclusive learning are essential. The position is a one year contract, working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, paid at scale 2 - £12.60-£12.65 (pay award pending) per hour depending on experience.
