The Role: Recruitment Branch Manager
As Branch Manager, you’ll combine hands on recruitment with strategic leadership. Building and managing your own desk while maintaining strong client partnerships
Taking full accountability for branch performance and delivering results against budget
Managing budgets, setting clear financial objectives, and ensuring profitability
Creating a culture of high performance aligned with TeacherActive’s values
Staying ahead of market trends to capitalise on local and regional opportunities
Proven leadership experience in a 360 temporary recruitment environment
Outstanding leadership, motivation, and coaching skills
Excellent communication and relationship building ability
