What You'll Need to Register:
To become part of our team, you'll need:
* Your own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes.
* A Level 2 Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
* An Allergy Awareness Certificate.
* Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK.
* Proven professional Chef experience (preferred).
* Strong communication skills.
* A good understanding of spoken and written English.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef with International Master Chefs, you'll be expected to:
* Carry out chef duties in a professional manner.
* Work confidently in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
* Follow menu specifications and maintain food quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with large teams on specific kitchen sections.
* Organize and manage your section efficiently.
* Maintain existing standards and execute instructions from supervisors.
* Prepare culinary dishes to the highest standard in your section.
* Demonstrate knowledge of your culinary specialty and general kitchen functions.
* Give clear instructions within your section and follow orders from Sous Chefs and Head Chefs.
