Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well respected property consultancy in their search for a Town Planner to join their established Planning team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner with consultancy or local authority experience to join a well-respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy, working across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, commercial, rural, and mixed-use developments. The Role As a Town Planner, you will be involved in delivering planning advice and managing applications across a varied client base. You will work closely with senior members of the team on a range of projects from early-stage site appraisals through to submission, negotiation and determination.
