A varied caseload will include handling commercial litigation, mediation and arbitration, property and construction, sporting disputes, and reputation management.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
What you’ll need to succeed
* Good knowledge of CPR with proven technical ability and record of impeccable ethical and professional standards
* Proactive ability to prioritise and manage a complex and diverse caseload with attention to detail whilst delivering effective solutions under the pressure of deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience and competence as a commercial litigation solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, able to generate new clients whilst providing excellent legal advice and service to current clients, and representing both in court where necessary
