Proven experience (2+ years) in a leadership role within retail or hospitality. Passion for coffee, people, and creating memorable experiences. Computer literacy and a solid understanding of audit processes. Flexible, resilient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Take full ownership of store performance—hitting targets, analysing data, and acting on insights.
Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.
Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, inventory, scheduling, and quality control.
Ensure all store activities meet Starbucks and EG Group standards for safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
Be the Voice of the Brand
Champion the customer experience—be the face of the store, resolving issues and building guest loyalty.
