Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and supporting the overall financial performance of the properties. Responsibilities
* Manage tenant relations, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers
* Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and ensure timely payments
* Maintain accurate records using Yardi or similar property management software
* Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements
* Assist with marketing vacancies through upselling available units and engaging prospective tenants
* Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
* Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective clients
* Support budgeting and financial reporting processes related to property operations
Skills
* Proficiency in Yardi or comparable property management software is highly desirable
* Previous office experience with strong organisational skills
* Excellent data entry abilities with attention to detail
* Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
* Ability to upsell units effectively while maintaining professionalism
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively
