Applicants must have a UK Driving Licence (Manual). Access to your own car is not required.
The Role
As a Bank Support Practitioner you will play a vital role within our team. You will cover shifts to ensure continued high‑quality, person‑centred care and support during times of annual leave, training or sickness.
You will support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs. Your duties include assisting with all aspects of daily living such as meal preparation, medication, attending appointments and activities, managing personal finances, providing support with moving, handling and personal care, and offering emotional support to help them maintain relationships with family and friends.
Many of the people we support enjoy being active in their communities, ranging from arts and crafts and watching football to enjoying a meal out. We look for staff who take an active interest in their hobbies and can help them explore new opportunities.

All successful Bank Support Practitioner applicants will be given a conditional offer. This is subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and a PVG; having a conviction will not necessarily debar you from working in this sector. All new staff members will be required to register with the SSSC within three months of their start date.
